Wednesday - OFF - Happy Halloween!

Thursday Nov 1st Playoff Game @ Oak Mt kickoff 6:30 - have your player there by 5:30 - game at high school

 this Fri Sept 14th 

6:15 pm

Join us before the VHHS kick off with Huffman.  Our team will need to meet on the high school field about 6:15.  I'm not famililar with the staduim but lets just meet up on the feild near the concession stands.  Parking will be a nightmare so if you want to get there a little sooner then feel free.  At 6:30 our team will need to line up on the track in ascending order with the youngest group on the far left.  (Jeff Moreland 70lb closest to entry gate on home side)  The announcer will call our your team name and your name,  Make sure to face the crowd and relish the applause  :)  The PLAYER will get in free when they wear their jersey and are accompanied by a parent.  Not sure what the gate fees are otherwise.  It should be a fun night so hope to see you all there!

Leukemia Fundraiser

this Saturday Sept 15th

Secondly, the cheerleaders handed out flyers last night and I wanted to send some additional info about that.  One of our Little Rebel cheerleaders, Lauren Green, is battling leukemia.  So a fundraiser is being held in her honor this Saturday Sept 15th at Yogurt Lab,  20% of all proceeds that day will be donated to Camp Smile-A-Mile.  We will meet at noon to show our support as a team.  I know we all have busy schedules but try to squeeze in some time to grab some ice cream that day - there won't be much argument from the kids I know.  :)  If you can't make it at noon, try and make it at some point.  I just picked that time for our team to have a time to try and meet up together.   Also, September is Leukemia Awareness Month with orange being the color representing that.  I thought our team could show our support during games by sporting a litte orange.  I will buy some orange athletic tape that your player could choose to wrap around his wrist to show further support.  If you did not get a flyer last night, its attached.
